Where an account is closed by b5999 due to a breach of these Terms, b5999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. b5999 will provide written notification of the outcome of any such investigation via the registered email address on the account.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. b5999 will send a notification to the registered email address no less than 30 days before a dormant account designation is applied. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder. Reactivation requires completion of a standard login followed by identity verification if not previously completed.
